Pre-paid attendees who cancel within 24 hours of an event can receive a
full refund or store credit for the class fee. Classes start at the
time specified. Out of respect for the presenters and other attendees,
those not present within 20 minutes of start time will not be able to
attend and will forfeit their class fee.
